Vet Recommendation in Boston or NYC
« on: September 19, 2010, 09:27:47 PM »
Can anyone recommend a vet in Boston or NYC that is already familiar with the PETS scheme? We are looking for the tick/tapeworm treatment before flying out. Not sure yet which city we will choose.

Thanks, Andy

We haven't gotten to the tick/tapeworm part yet, but Dr. Coronato at Oliver's Dog and Cat Clinic has been great with all the paperwork so far.

She's got 2 offices in NYC, one on the Upper East Side and one up in Harlem.

In Boston, I can recommend Angell Memorial Medical Center.  That's where we're doing the whole PETS prep for our cats, and they definitely are familiar with the procedures.  They're a bit out of the way (not downtown), but they have a big parking lot, so it's worth it.
