£27K income needed for UK life's 'basics'

I'm sorry I couldn't find the thread, but can anyone tell me what the minimum income we need for a family of four (or the website to find that info)?  My finace has one daughter, but my daughter and I are joining him in a few months.

For the visa, after paying rent and council tax, you need at least £102.75 per week for you and your fiance, plus £57.57 per week for each child living with you. This equates to £217.89 per week for all four of you after you have paid your rent and council tax (or £944.19 per month... calculated by multiplying by 52 weeks and dividing by 12 months).
