Law and Order: UK
« on: December 09, 2010, 01:42:43 PM »
On BBC America, I've been following the latest 'Law and Order' offshoot' 'Law and Order: UK'. It's pretty good, and costars Jamie Bamber, who is fresh off the recent Battlestar Galactica remake series. It's interesting to hear Bamber speak with his real English accent. Is this show aired in the UK- or simply a British themed show made for American viewers? How does the 'Law and Order' series fare in the UK? It's always interesting to see what different approaches to solving crimes are pursued on American and British tv shows.

Law and Order Criminal intent, and Law and Order SVU, are on ALL the time here! The hubby and I are big fans of L&O. I have seen Law and Order UK a few times here and really liked it, but then it seemed to have disappeared  ???. I don't know if it was a seasonal break or if they stopped airing it but I haven't seen it for a very long time.

I like the police bit of L&O and on L&O:UK it is often, now let's look at the CCTV.   :)

I am watching Law & Order, Criminal Intent as I type this post.  It is on in the afternoon on the Universal channel and at night also, every night.  My fav is SVU, love it, watch it every night here, even though I have seen most of them many many times.

I watched the Law & Order UK once, but it didn't grab me like the others have.
