I am sorry for the trouble, and am certainly hoping I am posting in the right place.
I have a question as to where I can obtain my previous passport records and general information, since I am planning to apply to the fiance visa with it. The ukvisas site had a check list that had it under as a necessity.
I've never handled my own passport information in the past being that my parents had done it for me (and it still hasn't expired upon me becoming an adult).
I looked on this website:
http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/npic/npic_872.html [nofollow] And called the number listed on the bottom of it "Contact: (202-955-0447)," but no one seems to answer it. I'm absolutely perplexed on what type of place to go, who to contact, and how to get this crazy thing out of my hair!
Already wrote both of my parents for it, now awaiting feedback. But I want to see if there's anything I can do now. Maybe my hands are just itching from everything being so close, but I can't seem to sit by and do nothing meanwhile when there's still missing information!
Any and all information would be MORE than welcome if you all can spare it. Thank you muchly and I apologize for the silly questions.
