Chicago/Michigan to Windsor!

Well, I'm not really new to UKY but I never posted in this section in the begining, and I wish I would have.
I figured I would post in here anyway because it's always comforting to talk to people where you're from, or to talk to people that live where you've moved to!

So, I grew up in Michigan but lived in Chicago for several years, so I consider Chicago home, although I am forced divide the term 'home' between the two.
Anyway, I went back and forth between Chicago and London for about a year... and now I am settled in Windsor with my British husband .... (so add Windsor to the ongoing list of what I call 'home' I guess!)
Don't know anyone in Windsor, so it would be nice to just talk to any other Americans living in this area

Hi! Sorry I never saw you had replied! lol, changing notifications now! Well, daniel and I are planning on me going to London this year, we have to sort of the financials and that, so when he comes in February we are going to hopefully get it all figured out. But I want to be there before october of this year. it's so difficult but going to be completely worth it, plus I'm insanely excited to see him in february ! I've looked into the visa process, am a bit overwhelmed, as I was with my student visa I had almost 2 years ago, but I just want to get it over with!

I live near Windsor if you have any questions about the surrounding area.  Its a lovely part of the world as I am sure you have discovered!
