I have been researching health care systems in different countries. I really don't understand why so many people in the US are so against universal health care and I realized that most amaericans only know how it works in english speaking countries. (UK, Canada mostly). The type of health care that the UK and Canada have is not the best. It just isn't organized well. And in the case of the UK, it really was underfunded for too many years. In Europe the best system is used by Germany, Belgium, the Neatherlands.
As the lady in the blog says it doesn't mean it is a perfect system but at least it's faster then the Uk system and it's a lot more fair then the US system.
I just hope for the future of my kids that people in the US are going to open up to new ideas but since the UK seams to be having a lot of problems too maybe people in the Uk should just start to take a pick of what it is going on in Germany.
Again I don't want to bother anybody, I just came to this website thru my research in health care and It looked like maybe the Uk also should be looking for a different system. I visited the Uk when I was in High School and I really enjoyed my stay there. Infact I would not mind to be relocated there for a few years. That would be an other reason I would like if they could solve the problems that their health care system have.
