Hi All!
My husband and I are about to move back to the States in May. We went through the whole DCF process in London and my UKC Husband received his Visa with no problems.
The spouse visa that I am currently here in the UK on is about to expire after 2 years and I am not going to apply for any further visas for the UK.
My question is, do I need to inform the Home Office that I am going to allow my current visa to Expire and move back to the USA? (Obviously we are moving before the visa expires)
I just don't want any hassles for when we travel back and forth to the UK to visit family/friends in the future.
If anyone has any advice on this it would be greatly appreciated!!!
