Can we submit EEA2 and EEA1 apps together?

Hi all!

Can we submit the EEA2 and EEA1 applications together, to the same address? I remembered seeing something about this two years ago, but I searched the board with no luck.

I'm currently on my FMRS which expires this June. My husband (Polish citizen exercising treaty rights here in the UK) is on the WRS for almost two years now.

Also I see that the EEA1 folks can apply in person. Anyone ever hear of the EEA2 being processed alongside the EEA1 in person? (Feeling like that's a wistfully dumb question.) I thought I saw others ask this ages ago, but can't remember the answer.
