I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

Absolutely ridiculous suggestion

So he seems to advocate
1. Breaking the law on the minimum wage
2. Discrimination

The guy is a disgrace
"We don't want our chocolate to get cheesy!"

Well, paying someone less isn't going to make them more appropriate for a job.  It's just rewarding prejudice.

he keeps saying that he's only repeating what learning disabled people have said to him.  What he doesn't say is what he asked them to get this answer.

This guy sounds like he has a disability and should be paid less then minimum wage and see how he and his family can live on that!!!!!  This is an insult to people with any kind of a disability including my husband who has MS.......sorry this just makes me angry!!!!!!  And besides sometimes the person who has a disability works better at a job than the a person who is able bodied!!!!!

We work harder at everything, like getting up and living everyday. If that same amount of drive could be produced by even half of the non-disabled...

However, we need not work harder at anything than the non-disabled do. I tell non-disabled agency people who are rarely disabled, that are suppose to be working with us, what all I need in the way of accommodation in the work place and they made the mistake of telling me, "You will have to be really really good at your career."
