Did Week 3 Day 3 yesterday. :) My legs were pretty dead from heavy weightlifting on Sunday, but I pushed through. Managed to "sprint" (if my snail's pace counts!) for one of the 90 second runs, and one minute of one of the 3 minute runs. Hoping if I can keep up with the running (and the sprinting) I can improve my pace a bit as well as my endurance.

Way to go E.

I have been slacking on the couch program but I am getting out at least everyday to walk/jog my own pace approx 2-4 miles.  Even if I just walk a new path thru people's allotments just to go a different way and the weather has been fantastic for it!

Thanks CW. Sometimes I would prefer to walk, but I get pretty bored with just walking - somehow I don't feel like it's exercise-y enough unless I'm going at a faster pace! (I also judge my exercise by how much I sweat, which is a rather dumb metric when it's cool/breezy/rainy out.)

Just did W4D1. Man, 5 minutes of running seems way longer than I would've thought. Glad I went, but wow, I'm tired out.
