Grad PLUS loan- credit check proof?

Man, I think I took stupid pills, but I cannot figure this out for the life of me.  My uni is requesting that I send them proof of a completed credit check in order for them to see if I'm eligible for Grad PLUS loans.  I cannot find where or how I am supposed to do that. Can anyone who has gone through this give me some guidance here?  I don't necessarily NEED the grad plus loan, the stafford limit is more than enough to pay for my tuition, but I was hoping for the extra money to offset living expenses. 

Jillian, You can apply for a Graduate Plus loan (tops up to your Cost of Attendance), which estimated to be at about $40,000.

You will need to apply and do a separate MPN for your Plus loan.

I didn't have to do this because my university magically did it all somehow, but there is a spot on the federal student loan spot I saw.

After you log in, there's a link to apply for the Grad Plus loan. It does an instant credit check and sends the results to the university.

As I recall, the proof of the credit check is weird and not always printable.  I could be wrong as it's been a while, but I'm fairly certain I took a screen shot and used that as my proof.
