Ok, have a couple of questions regarding the C5 form.
1) Do I have to one form for each cat, or can I put them both on the same form?
2) The one question asks "state if bought duty/tax free". We bought our Siamese cats from a breeder. I think we paid her around $150 for each one. If I state on the form that we didn't pay any tax, are they going to charge us a duty to bring them in?
