We just bought a new computer. We've not bought a new one in 9 years, and that was a budget one for me to use in the States until we got me over here (something we envisioned would take less than a year). Since then, we've used hand me down which we've upgraded to the edge of possibility. We looked into building our own or just switching to laptops, but we do game a bit and have lost out on a lot of new games because our machine was so old.
I forgot what it was like to have a computer that actually works properly.
