flying and passports question
« on: November 28, 2011, 03:14:04 PM »
Sorry, as I'm sure the answer is around somewhere but don't have time to search! I'm a USC married to a UKC with 3 children (all dual nationals). My youngest (8 months) thankfully has his US passport already but not his UK one as we weren't planning to travel til March but wanted the Embassy trip over asap.

My brother has just text this morning with the crazy idea that they want to fly me and the youngest over for the Army v Navy game as a surprise to the rest of my family in 2 weeks time. Eek! Probably going to do it, but will I get any trouble coming back in to the UK because he doesn't have a UK passport?
I'm on a US passport with ILR, I've lived here 11yrs.

thank you!!

Without his UK passport you can't prove that he has a legal right to enter the UK and could be turned away.

There are two things in life for which we are never truly prepared:  twins.
