I'd say about 60% of it would be good for a woman. Overall, if they like the show, they'd find it interesting (and it's really not that expensive from Amazon/Texco). Some sections are non-gendered. Ted (food) and Thom (design) are non-gendered. Jai (culture) is also pretty non-gendered, but I'd reckon many women know this stuff anyway. Kyan (grooming) and Carson (clothing) are pretty much about the male body, but then this, too, might be of some interest for a woman as a guide of things that she might get a male for a present. If you're getting your female partner this, though, be sure to intervene lest she take Carson's advice and start buying you clothes as if you're about to pop over to the Hamptons for the weekend.
