Questions about HSBC and experience with them.

So...after living in the UK for nearly 3 years, it's time to move on.  My partner's been accepted to theatre school in Paris and we're planning on moving in September.  To ease our transition, we have been thinking about utilising HSBC's relocation services and I wanted to get a bit of advice and some experiences with them.  What's great? good? poor? and just downright awful?  What would you have done differently?  Any comments will be welcome!

I bank with HSBC and I think they're good.  They have never given me anyh reason to complain.

But I did not use their relocation service, so I can't offer any advice.
