Florida to Liverpool

Hello hello

Moving to Liverpool this Friday. I am an old pro with forums (part owner in one myself) so I know how beneficial they can be. I have met many friends through forums and become close friends IRL.

Excited for this next chapter...and feeling all the range of emotions..happy, sad, excited, nervous!

A little about me...Just married my English hubby in NYC this past March and am moving to be with him in Liverpool (He is not originally from there)..I'm a pretty artistic person, love design. music nerd. craft nerd. wanderlust and a bit of a gypsy.

I really like Liverpool. It was European City of Culture a few years ago. There is something about it that seem to remind me of New York! The people seemed super friendly.

Thanks! I had lived in Orlando the past 12 years but originally from South Florida...Miami, Ft Lauderdale...

St. Pete to Edinburgh on May 27th!  Husband has family in Liverpool too, I believe.  Seems there are loads of Brits here in Florida, but just as many of us Floridians heading over there to escape this heat. 

Yea!  I just moved from Liverpool to Southport, but my hubby's family still lives there and we visit every week. If you fancy a meetup send me a PM- I'd love to meet other ex-pats!    And you will love Liverpool.
