No Work + Visa Stress = UGH!!!!

I don't know if anyone else has to go through this, but while I am waiting to apply for my SET(M), no one wants to look at my CV. I find this a bit stressing since I like working because it makes me feel useful and there would be more money coming in!

Has anyone out there found a job while waiting for the visa application to come through?!?!? It would be nice to know I am not the only one. 

What visa are you currently on?

I am currently on the 2 Year Spousal/CP visa.

In that case, I don't really understand why employers wouldn't consider you.  You have valid permission to work.
