Longing to live in the UK

Hello. I'm a single mom who resides in Arizona who longs to live in the UK if even for a year. The idea might be a little far fetched since my son who is 13 says if I go he's not coming with me lol. So I may have to wait unti he leaves for college  RIght now just doing a lot of research. I will live vicariously through you all until my dream comes true 

Good luck, and don't ever give up hope!  I first dreamed of going to England when I was about 11, after I read Lord of the Rings the first time.  To be honest, I thought it would always just be a dream.  Now at 43, I'm just a visa approval away from moving there with my wife and two kids! 

Hope I don't get rejected this close to my dream!
