I'm new to this site and find myself thoroughly confused! I have been offered a short term (5 months) interim position to teach in Scotland. I know that the employer has to offer a Certificate of Sponsorship, but I don't really understand what happens then, and what I am responsible for. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
