FINALLY! I am making it happen!
« on: August 07, 2012, 02:44:49 AM »
OMG this has been a long time coming. After so many false starts....tears....and dash dreams I am FINALLY moving overseas. I have been trying to move overseas for two years now. But something would always happen. Either the job would fall through at the last minute or something else to prevent me from moving....

Oh well all I can say is God had something major planned for me. Because I got into the number 1 school in the UK for sports science...Loughborough and will be moving at the end of year! *does a happy dance* After having so many failed attempts in the past two years I am just excited and humbled at this opportunity!

Congratulations!
I know how it is to feel trapped and let down and get hopes up only to be let down yet again, so yay for you for finally getting what you want!
9/11/2012 Husband mailed his US citizenship application.
9/17/2012 Received e-mail stating his application has been entered into the system.
9/22/2012 Hubby received letter with date for finger printing.
10/12/12 Hubby went for finger printing.
10/26/12 Dh got a letter stating when he should appear for his interview and test- 11/27/12- just a month away!!!
11/27/12 We went to dh's interview and test- he passed and we went back 4 hours later for the Oath Ceremony! 95 people from 38 countries, really pretty cool!
So he's now a US citizen!!
