On FLR(M)-Can I go to Uni??

Hello all!!  I have only just started to look in to this and have not found an answer yet...but here it goes...

I am on my two year probationary period right now under the FLR(M) Visa (old rules)....I was just wondering if anyone knows if I can go to Uni under this Visa as a UK resident? Or would I have to apply as an international student and get a student Visa?  I would be considered a Mature student as I am 26. Just want to make sure I can apply for Uni under my Visa and if I need to apply as an International student.

You can go, but you have to pay international fees.

Right, ok. Well I was in the Military so I will have the G.I Bill. Just wanted to make sure I didn't have to apply for another Visa lol
