Well, I'll never get that time back from reading an article that told me nothing. You're right, water? It can be totally different on two different sides of town for goodness sake, much less different places entirely.

Although I have to agree on the cheese
You can find nice cheeses, but the cheddar there just doesn't compare to a real British cheddar.
The other stuff was just odd. How do you judge an entire country's dairy industry on a cheap pat of whipped butter that you get at a pancake house? Ironically, I have found myself missing sausages here as I find British sausage to be so full of fillers and lacking in meat flavour.
