Spouse income help

I'm confused.  You said she was an overseas student, but you also said she had a Tier 4 visa.  Is she currently in or out of the UK studying, because if she's in already isn't it a different picture?  Just checking to make sure we understood you clearly. 

The others are right though, if she is out of the country, and you don't have proof of income, you won't have a choice but to wait.

I believe he means she is a student from overseas (i.e., not a UK student) who holds a student visa for the UK and is studying in the UK.
