You only need to show emails and phone bills if a) you are not married yet and/or b) you live in different countries. In this case, emails/phone bills are used to show you have a genuine relationship and that you are regular contact with each other when you can't spend time together in person - to prove that you are not entering a sham marriage for the purpose of securing a UK visa.
Time spent together in person provides much stronger evidence than emails and phone bills - and because a) you are married and b) you already live together legally in the same country, this is more than enough evidence of your relationship - and will hold much more weight for your application than any emails.
Also, they won't be expecting you to provide any evidence of contact through emails and phone calls, because you see each other every day anyway... why would you need to show that you maintain your relationship via by email and phone communication when you spend several hours a day in the same house as each other?
