I can't seem to find what I'm looking for so I've got a few questions I hope you can answer.
My wife(USC) is applying for her spousal visa. The plan is to for me to be there probably 2 weeks before she is. One of the questions on the application is will you be travelling at the same time as your wife....are they talking exactly on the same day or roughly speaking?
For the financial requirement, the US company that employs me is sending me to UK to start business there. Am I right in thinking that I include 6 months of pay slips and a letter from my employer stating my new job location and salary?
By the time we apply the and get all the documents the month of January will almost be over, should I wait until the end of the month to have January's paysiip or is having Aug-Dec suffice?
For the accommodation requirement, my employer is giving me 30 days hotel to begin with . We are also looking for apartments at the moment and are confident about finding a place within these 30 days. Is this enough or should we use a friends house in London to be sure?
Last question!
I receive my payslips through a paperless program called paylocity, can I just print them off and use them or does it have to be more official? As I say, I don't receive paper slips.
