Yup. Irritating, isn't it? I just saw it last night. We were supposed to interview in December, but got delayed until now, so we get to pay this lovely new "Immigrant Fee"! I wasn't impressed at all. Especially since we are already paying a visa fee, after paying a petition fee, etc., etc.
