Hello everyone,
Just a quick question regarding applying for a greencard for the future.
When the embassy in London sends you the package with the list of documents to attain and forms to complete how long do you have to do all of this. Do they want it all back within 3 months or do you have say 6-9 months to collect all of the documentation and request an interview. Also is it true that when you first enter on the IR-1 you are able to go back and forth to the UK for a while to move belongings, sell a house and finalise things here before moving permanently....How long is this period.
