On what sites did you meet?

  we met on IRC as well....but it's not such a nice place to wander around anymore is it...LOL

We met on a listserv dedicated to discussion of the Enneagram personality psychology.  That mailing list no longer exists, unfortunately.  We hit it off right away but did not know we were in love until we met f2f, when she came to Philly on her holiday to visit me.  Then it was obvious.

I met DH on Direct Dating. I was looking for pen pals to meet up with when I came on holiday here, he found me because he was wondering if American birds were better looking then British birds.  I was writing to about 60 guys, not thinking of anything serious. He just kept being so darn persistent. So I started on line voice chat, then on the phone. He was adorable. Suddenly none of the other guys recieved emails from me.  4 months later he was on a plane to California. The rest is history.  That was two years this Dec.
I recommend on line for no other reason then you end up talking so much that you already know each other. Plus, you can weed out the weirdos before it ever gets to far.

Isnt it amazing how many people of all ages met on line. Thank god for the internet.
