Hi all,
Due to a delay with the first booked test and ID mix up on the next (aarrrggghhh!!) my husband is taking the LIUK test today - new 3rd edition!
We need him to pass as we have our PEO appointment on Wednesday for SET (M) following 2 years of spouse visa probation. His visa expires on 4th April.
What I need to know is if he was to fail this test I believe my options to be, do correct me if wrong:
1. Keep the PEO appointment on Wednesday and apply for FLR (M) instead so he has more time to pass the test and we have time to book another PEO for SET (M) - pricey option I know.
2. Re-schedule a test for next Monday and
try to get a PEO for SET (M) for the 3rd April (I know only will be marginally possible through a solicitor?).
3. I know there is the postal option if he was to pass first or second time and we get the application in before expiry of visa but there is no way he can be without his passport for up to six months due to business travel

I really hope he passes this afternoon, the new handbook is so full of dates and history etc - it's not looking easy!
