Scheduling the medical?

Hello there, can someone please point me in the right direction for scheduling the medical exam in London? We never received our "next step" info after waiting 5 weeks for it after our Notice of Approval for I-130. We ended up having to email the embassy in regards to what to do next. They have responded saying they sent a letter May 24(!) which we obviously didn't receive, not to worry tho & they have pointed us to a page online which explains the medical but gives no info on where it actually is or how to phone them to schedule. We have all of our documents ready, am I correct to assume that I can schedule the medical, post the form DS-230 part 1 & the applicant readiness form 2001 all at the same time? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Right, found it! Note to self:  Helps to look on an actual computer instead of a phone.
