California to Stirling, Scotland
« on: May 12, 2013, 10:11:10 PM »
Hello! I have been lurking for a few weeks now and thought it time to join in the fun. My family and I will be moving to Stirling from California in about a month. I am excited to begin this new adventure and have a million questions. Thankfully half a million of my questions have already been asked and answered by people on this forum  :) I now know not to make reference to my pants in mixed company, that Mexican food is terribly misrepresented, that there is no such thing as bad weather only bad clothing, and that if I can make it through the first 6 months I will truly feel at home in the UK...

Welcome!  Stirling is beautiful.  We live just down the road in Broxburn.  Nothing too scary...just a little adjustment here and there.  Enjoy the journey!
