Hi there! I see there's been a couple of posts on the schools in the UK, however I haven't heard much on the public primary's in London recently. My fiancĂ© and I are looking to find a flat in Greenwich area. We heard the schools there are very good.. Does anybody have experience in this area of London? I would love to hear about it.. Also, my daughter has autism and a current IEP here in San Diego. I just want to make sure she gets in a good school and not lost in the shuffle  :)

Are you looking at state (free) schools or public (private)?  Greenwich has some good schools, but not all are good.  You should check out ofsted reports and online reviews.  Also, be aware that getting special needs statements in the UK is not a given or easy, and takes a lot of time.  Often times a 'good' school will not be the best fit for your special needs child so research carefully!!
