ILR cost and documents

Howdy do!

I kind of disappeared from here after I got my spouse visa and moved to the UK. I'm about a year away from ILR, but it never hurts to be prepared. I should probably start studying for and take the LiUK test.  :o

What is ILR costing these days?
Where can I find a list of documents required?

I'm on the old rules if that makes a difference.

March 17, 2014: Passed Life in the UK Test!
June 14, 2014: ILR Approved!

Forms in the upper right hand corner

Fee by post £1051, in person £1426 (Fees are likely to go up again April 2014)
