Starnet was recently bought over by UTEC hence the name change 'UTEC Starnet'. UTEC is an Oil and Gas company providing Surveying services to the Industry. They have a main office in Houston, Texas. Offices all over the world including Aberdeen and now Livingston, just 10 miles outside Edinburgh. Apparently the Livingston office is the nicest. Modern office with two floors and car parking a plenty, we expect to be taking on more staff as we are still a growing company.
