I joined this forum last Spring when I first considered moving to the UK.  It has been such a find!  I have had so many questions answered without even having to ask the questions myself.  When I have posted questions of my own everyone has been so helpful and supportive.  I don't know what I would have done without this site.

Durham is a fabulous city.  I grew up about 12 miles away and have wonderful childhood memories of the miners' gala we'd go to each summer.
