My wife and I are to go to court next week to fight to have a geographical restriction lifted on her child custody as we have to return to the UK as I am a British citizen.
Our attorney is requesting that we provide all evidence that for us to reside in the United Kingdom, and that the uk border agency when checking her divorce decree needs to show that there is no geographical restriction on the decree.
please for our court hearing does anyone know of links that we can print for our attorney to take with us for our court hearing next week.
