Does anyone know what this fee consulation is about? They recently posted it on the UKBA website. What do you all think is going to happen in regards to the financial requirement and the appeal in March?

It doesn't have anything to do with the financial requirement. It just deals with the fees that they charge for services.

commercial partnerships;
refunds and administration fees; and
wider impacts.
