SETM Which Form to use for ILR??
« on: January 30, 2014, 02:29:33 AM »
Hello to all!  :)  My FLRM visa expires on 14 April 2014, and I'm about to do my ILR on the SETM form through settlement checking service in March.  Now my question is, would I be able to use the new SETM form 2013 for my ILR, (I believe I'm under the old rules)  Thank you all!

There's only one SET(M) form because everyone is applying under the old rules at the moment.

No one will be applying for ILR under the new rules until July 2017 (at which time they will introduce a new form and presumably there will be almost no one left who can apply under the old rules anyway).

So, you have to use whichever is the most up-to-date SET(M) form available at the time you apply. They will not accept any other form.

Right now, that is the October 2013 form:
