Duty tax on furntiure move

Hello,
I am moving to the UK, permanently, and would like to bring some of my furniture pieces. For instance, my dining room set. I have owned them for quite some time.  Will I have to pay a Duty Tax to bring them with me?

Normally there is nothing to pay when importing personal belongings such as furniture, but you should make sure to read the guidance carefully and complete the appropriate customs declarations:
