Can I Ship/Bring Spices?

Okay -

I'm getting down to the nitty gritty now - one pile to ship, one pile to store, one pile to pack.  Looking in our cupboards, I've realized we have a really nice collection of spices and I would love to bring them along.  My instinct tells me that this isn't going to be possible.  Any thoughts?

I had no problem moving over some spices that I wanted to keep.  I also shipped a few via USPS so that they would be waiting for me upon arrival.

I packed all my spices tucked away in a box in our container.  Don't know about shipping them through other measures though.  Yeah, we had tons of spices and would really cost a lot to replace them all...
