Hello! I'm new!

My name is Jude; starting the process of applying for a spouse visa from the US. I've been lurking around here for months; it's been a real lifesaver so far. It's so comforting to see other people going through what we are as sometimes you feel like you are the only one. So, hello! And thanks to everyone that posts, I have been learning quite a bit!

Do you plan on paying for priority when you apply? I am!

I do suggest doing priority if you'd like to get your decision back in a month or so. *grins* That's how long it took for me to get my answer this time last year. I'm not sure about anyone else.

The website is easy to use, it's just pulling all your sponsor's paperwork that takes the most effort and time since they have to mail it to you in the States.

We are definitely paying for priority! I hate that it costs so much, but I don't think I could take waiting for months.

OMG the paperwork. My husband is self employed so it's been pretty much a part time job the few weeks getting everything together. It's just crazy. I'm glad the website is easy to use; at least they made something easy

Oh god, tell me about it! What a good way to put it; I feel like I've been working a second job as well! I am just waiting on hubby to send over the last of his documents... I hope to apply sometime next week! I can't wait for this to all be over!
