We have been here about 10 months now and nothing has panned out on the professional front so we thought we would do seasonal work in the run up to Christmas. There are opportunities here in London, but they all want some form of a CV and cover letter. That is no problem, but I feel weird sending in my professional CV, when all I really would like is something part time for a few weeks - honest!

Should I rewrite into a functional format? I have recent experience in seasonal warehouse work too that obviously isn't included on my professional one. Its just been ages since I worked in a shop and while I am not averse to the work, I don't want my resume to appear like I am!
Or am I just way overthinking this?
