Shipping fudge and peanut brittle from the states

Quick question if anyone knows...

My brother wanted to make some homemade fudge and peanut brittle and send it here to me from the States. Do you think this will be flagged by customs? It is a homemade item, but I wouldn't exactly say it was perishable. It won't spoil  or melt by the time it makes it here.

Any thoughts or advice?
