If you need me, I'll just be sitting here singing the Meow Mix song for the rest of the night...

I'll admit that even though I've lived in the US twice, I can only answer two of the questions (the s'mores and tater tots ones)... but several of the rest are before my time (i.e. I do own some SNL DVDs, but they are of the Will Ferrell/Molly Shannon/Jimmy Fallon/Ana Gasteyer era).

Lol - that's one I can answer, since my aunt has lived in Arkansas for the last 35 years and I've spent about 7 months in Little Rock over the last 20 years :).

Embarrassingly, when I was in secondary school, I told my form tutor that I was spending my summer in Arkansas... but after I said it, I also pronounced it Arkan-SAS so that she would spell it correctly... and then she went and pronounced it incorrectly in front of the entire school year!

LOL - It was the Alka-Seltzer jingle for me.  Annoying little ditty after the third hour or so.......   ;)

Then, to add insult to injury, my oh, so helpful brain remembered the other (in)famous line, "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!".   :-X

Appropriate for Thanksgiving Day though....   ;D
Here 2 years as of Oct. 1, 2016.

"I can't believe I ate the whole thing!".

Ancient Chinese secret, huh?

I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

I love watching The Simpsons with my hubby and playing the "do you get that reference" game.  ;) Sooooo many 'Muricanisms!

That SNL list is pretty old, though.  People my age (34) or younger probably know stuff from the Adam Sandler/Chris Farley/Mike Myers/etc years or after.

Will sell soul for Duke's Mayonnaise.

I'm only 25 and I know the SNL questions, but SNL was like a religion in my household, so that could be why.
