Hello UK, I want to come Home!

Probably, once again, am posting in an irrelavent forum.. I've tried everything!
I am out of status in USA with US Husband, he is quadriplegic. My visa is rejected at present, has been since 2013. We just cant find sponsors nor finances. My Husbands healh is deteriorating, I am petrified of deportation. I simply CAN NOT leave him, he is my life!
Everything in US seems impossible to me, I just want to bring Him home to the UK asap. Where I am with my family, who will be our support. We have zero family support in US, sadly.
Sorry, but I am so alone and home sick, how can we get to UK withmy status and nothing but my passport. Taking into account My Husbands health?

If your US visa has been rejected, you'll need an attorney to help you.

This will be long and expensive, but you should win.

The attorney will advise.  You will have to apply, get rejected, and then appeal based on article 8.

As per above, you've got to seek the correct legal advice so that you can show and explain your personal scenario and see if there's a way to move both of you back to the UK. You'll need to also look here in the UK to see if there's the right kind of medical support for your husband etc.

The only aspect asking here can provide is perhaps snippets of information, which at least is something, but no one knows the full scenario you have and that can potentially lead to incorrect advice/info etc.
