VSF Global - Anyone used them twice?

I was rejected the first time around for my visa. I had used VSF Global to send it in. I went to use it to send in my passport following my successful review and I couldn't. My GWF number was already used so, tough luck. I emailed them, they reset the account so I could buy another roundtrip. I cannot print an AWB as the tracking was already used. I feel like I'm going in circles. I have emailed to no avail and the charge has gone through. I was trying to avoid using UPS because I don't have one and I cannot figure out how to do it correctly on the website. Anyway, have any of you had this issue? Do you have any advice? Is my decision going to expire while I wait for these people? I may need to drive the hour to the nearest UPS store. SOS.

The courier service offered by VFS Global is just UPS shipping - only difference is, it's a fixed price for everyone.

Assuming you're applying to Sheffield, to do it yourself on the UPS website, all you need to do is set up an online account with them and make a note of your account number. That's it.

Just purchase the outbound shipping with UPS and then include your online account number in the package so that UKVI can charge your UPS account for the return shipping.

Thank you. I may just scrap it and do UPS this way. No matter how many times I send my passport away for a visa it still terrifies me.
