Anyone upgraded to priority processing for tier 2 after submitting application?

Okay, thank you very much for that clarification ksand24! I was beginning to think there were more hurdles than I realized for the new Tier 2 sponsorships (COS) and the visa process.

onetwothree - It is so difficult to try to weigh the pros and cons of where to allocate money, especially with there being 5 of you! There is just one of me, and I am thinking I'll just pay the extra, despite being cash strapped to avoid the long wait and be sure I can arrive in the country in time to settle in the area and get a feel for it. Well, I have no idea if it was paying for the priority upgrade (we did that Sunday evening US pacific time) or if we were just at the top of the tier 2 pile after 12 business days.... but I just got the emails saying our visas have been issued!!!

I've learned to take nothing for granted though and won't be booking our flight until I have our passports back from NYC.  We'd included the UPS next day air return airbill so I'm hoping to track that and see it go out today.
