Mobile phone dilemma
« on: July 10, 2015, 08:55:34 PM »
We currently have a provider that locks phones until the end of a contract. We want to switch to a bare minimum plan and just keep paying until it ends, even after we move as it's only 7 months or so on one and 2 months on the other. (vs 375 each to end early)  Our phones will  be useless in the UK, I think. Has anyone had any experience with using their US plan overseas for a few months?  I don't think our phones take a SIM, I think they're a CDMA.  So we would have overpriced useless phones over there, I think!
Met in 1999 online
Married in 2002 on US Visa
Applied for UK Visa May 2015
Waiting dramatically for a response.
Plan to move to the UK Early Autumn 2015
