thank you all so much in advance for all your help:)

1.)Cover letter from me explaining each item in the package
2.) letter from my husband on how we met, when we married, where we both have lived and why we decided to settle in UK
3.) online application printed and signed ..IHS Reference number written on the first page
3.) two passport photos
2.) appendix 2 filled out
6.) Stamped Biometrics appointment confirmation & priority processing receipt
7.) My current passport & previous passport
8). Certified black & white copy of his passport
9.) original birth certificate (also provided a copy so they send original back.. the reason I am adding this to the application is because I only have a certified black and white copy of his passport and it made me nervous it wasn't colored so I added that for extra evidence)
10.) Selection of five photos as evidence of our relationship & 1 page of a screenshot of phone calls between the two of us
11.) Official marriage certificate
12.) certified copy of our lease agreement for our house
13.) letter from landlord granting me permission to live there (signed)

OK, and now for the financial evidence, which is from him being self-employed as a sole trader. We are applying under category F.

14.) evidence of the amount of tax paid for the last full financial year: we assumed his self assessment tax return and SA302 would provide this information of his taxes paid.. is there anything else you can think of that is "evidence"
15.)copy of annual self assessment tax return to HMRC
16.) SA-302
17.)proof of registration from the HMRC as self employed. --we called HMRC and requested for this via post as my husband couldn't find the original. Does this need to be notarized?
18.)my husband unique tax reference number-- this is located on his self assessment tax return so I made sure to state that in the cover letter
19.) personal bank statement for the same 12 month period as tax return showing that the income from self employment has been paid into this account.--my husband is paid into his personal account .. he does not have a business account.. I know in appendix FMSE it says "where the person holds or held a separate business bank account, bank statements for the same 12 month period as the tax return" --I wouldn't think this would be a problem that he doesn't hold a business bank account. thoughts?
20.) evidence of ongoing self employment through evidence of payment of class 2 national insurance contributions--
my husband has not paid class 2 insurance since 2010 so he owed 5 years of class 2 insurance to HMRC..we rang HMRC and requested a statement to pay his outstanding balance.. this was paid last week and we requested 2 papers.. 1.) letter stating his account is current and his balance is paid 2.) confirmation that his account has been set up from here forward to pay his class 2 national insurance
We also printed off his bank statement and had it stamped proving his payment to class 2 national insurance. -- does anyone think this will be a problem? this is the ONLY portion I am really worried about.
21.) unaudited income and expenditure account for the year ending 5 april 2015..i also had this signed by his accountant with his ICAEW membership number
22.) personal tax computation for year ending april 2015-- this was written up by his accountant

WHEW! that seems to be it. I feel confident in all of this but want to make sure I have every LAST DOCUMENT. PLEASE let me know if you think im missing anything!

thank you SO much!
